By accessing or using Digix DMS (operated by Digix Technologies FZ LLC), you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Digix DMS collects the following information when you use the app:
- Account credentials (name, email address) provided during registration with Digix DMS
- Social media account identifiers and page IDs for accounts you connect to Digix DMS
- OAuth access tokens for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok, used only by Digix DMS to publish on your behalf
- Content you create within Digix DMS (posts, media files, captions)
- Usage data and activity logs generated by your use of Digix DMS, for security and auditing purposes
Your information is used exclusively to provide features of the Digix DMS app:
- Publishing social media posts through Digix DMS to accounts you explicitly authorize
- Scheduling and managing content within Digix DMS on your behalf
- Providing analytics and reporting inside Digix DMS on post performance
- Sending system notifications and alerts from Digix DMS
Digix DMS takes data security seriously:
- All OAuth access tokens used by Digix DMS are encrypted at rest using AES-256-CBC encryption
- Data is stored on secured servers in the EU (Contabo VPS) operated for Digix DMS
- HTTPS is enforced for all communications with Digix DMS
- Access to the Digix DMS database is restricted to authorized Digix Technologies personnel only
When you connect social media accounts to Digix DMS, the app accesses only what is necessary to publish on your behalf:
- Facebook & Instagram: Page list, post creation, media upload - Digix DMS never reads private messages or personal profile data
- LinkedIn: Profile information and post creation that you initiate through Digix DMS
- Twitter/X: Tweet creation and media upload initiated by you inside Digix DMS
- YouTube: Video upload to your channel via Digix DMS
- TikTok: Video upload to your account via Digix DMS
You are in full control of the data stored by Digix DMS:
- You can disconnect any social media account at any time through the Digix DMS settings
- Upon disconnection, the corresponding access tokens are immediately deleted from Digix DMS
- To request complete account and data deletion from Digix DMS, email us at info@digixsystems.com
- Digix DMS will process deletion requests within 30 days
Digix DMS is a business tool and is not directed at children under the age of 13. Digix DMS does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Digix Technologies may update this Privacy Policy for Digix DMS from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this URL, and the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised.
