These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Digix DMS application (the "App", "Service", or "Platform"), operated and published by Digix Technologies FZ LLC — the legal entity registered as the application owner with TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, X, Google and other third-party platforms — and available at https://dms.digixsystems.com.
References in these Terms to "the App", "the Platform", "Digix DMS", or "Digix Technologies FZ LLC" all refer to the same SaaS service operated by Digix Technologies FZ LLC.
By accessing or using Digix DMS (operated by Digix Technologies FZ LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Digix DMS app.
Digix DMS is a SaaS application published by Digix Technologies FZ LLC that provides:
- Social media scheduling and publishing tools within Digix DMS
- Customer and subscription management inside the Digix DMS workspace
- IT asset tracking and monitoring features of Digix DMS
- Invoice and financial management provided by Digix DMS
- Analytics and reporting offered by Digix DMS
When using Digix DMS, you are solely responsible for:
- All content published through Digix DMS, including text, images, and videos
- Ensuring content you publish via Digix DMS complies with applicable laws and regulations
- Complying with the terms of service of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok) connected to Digix DMS
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your Digix DMS account credentials
- All activities that occur under your Digix DMS account
By connecting a social media account to Digix DMS, you:
- Grant Digix DMS permission to publish content on your behalf to the connected account
- Confirm you have the right to authorize Digix DMS to access and post to that account
- Acknowledge that you may revoke Digix DMS's access at any time through the app's settings or directly through the social media platform's own settings
All content you create and publish through Digix DMS remains your property. Digix Technologies FZ LLC and the Digix DMS application claim no ownership over your content. You retain all rights to your data and can export or delete it from Digix DMS at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digix Technologies FZ LLC and the Digix DMS application shall not be liable for:
- Failure of Digix DMS to publish content due to third-party API limitations, outages, or policy changes
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Digix DMS
- Content published by users of Digix DMS that violates third-party terms of service
- Loss of data in Digix DMS due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Digix Technologies FZ LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate Digix DMS accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your Digix DMS account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data stored by Digix DMS will be deleted within 30 days.
Digix Technologies FZ LLC may update these Terms of Service for Digix DMS from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL, and continued use of Digix DMS after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
